Our Venues

The venues chosen for Therapy Retreats have been carefully selected to offer clients a comfortable and peaceful base in a rural environment for the duration of their stay. They are ideal locations for rest and relaxation as well as being the base for the confidential therapy sessions of your retreat. Each venue is private to each client or couple. Only Champneys and Cadhay are used for occasional training or group work.

The Granary is a self contained, well appointed and relaxed home attached to the main house, in a quiet rural location. The Granary at Laundry Cottage is located 10 minutes drive from Petersfield (1 hour by train from London Waterloo) and lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park. We are surrounded by endless, stunning miles of walking and cycling tracks and the South Downs way passes near by. The coast, Winchester, Chichester and Portsmouth are all within half an hours drive.

We are ideally situated if you are exploring the Southdowns Way. The land adjacent to the main house consists of woodland and open countryside providing excellent walking with fantastic views; on a clear day Butser Hill is clearly visible. Accommodation for Therapy Retreats is in our self-contained Annexe attached to the farmhouse.

A public footpath is situated opposite Copper Beeches Accommodation, with a 15/20 minute walk up to the South Downs Way. A warm welcome awaits all our guests. You may be interested to know that we are environmentally friendly when possible, our heating / hot water and cooking are all done by burning wood, which has come from sustainable woodland locally during the late Autumn and Winter months.
